Moving
Movers were very slow and not very knowledgeable. Didn't know how to take doors off refrigerator, lost one piece of fridge when put back together, didn't know how to use ratchet straps, almost dropped refrigerator, did not take beds apart nor put them back together at new place, took personal phone calls on the clock, broke dryer somehow. My own family had to help with the move due to slowness and clumsiness. I was given a discount for "using local". The office personnel was very friendly. Their workers gave me the impression that they didn't care. I didn't call office immediately due to having to finish move.
