They came out and knocked on the door but no one heard them and none of the dogs moved so we didn't know they came. But I called them back and they came right out.

Rodney (the technician) replaced the defroster unit in my 15 year old GE freezer. He explained what he had to do, what he was doing and what the charge would be. Rodney was very professional. He got in and got out when he was diagnosing and working on the problem. I am very satisfied and will use them again if the situation arises.

The appliance man took my call right away and stopped by to give an estimate for repairing my washer. His prices were very reasonable and he explained his work guarantee and the reason for the loud noise. The washer repair was scheduled as soon as possible, and the appliance repairman showed up on time. After he repaired the washer and checked it out, he cleaned up the mess and left the laundry room in tiptop shape. He did an excellent job, was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. I would use him again and I would certainly recommend Ranft Appliance Service.
