Internet had a very poor connection. They told me that I needed to raise my dish 40ft for a good connection. That still didn't work. When I contacted them to have it raised they told me they could only raise it to 30ft. In other words, they ripped me off. Don't waste your money. If they would have been clear about me not being able to use their service I would have saved a lot of money

You don't have all the wires and cables. Just the router in your house and it goes throughout the whole house. You have the one wire that comes in from the actual satellite but other than that, you don't have cables running through power lines or buried cables in your yard. It's all up out of the way and if you have any issues with it, they're very quick with their response to come out and fix the issue. It's very convenient. The're very reasonable on their rates. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a reliable internet service and you live in the middle of nowhere. It's accurate and fast. They come out and do a preliminary test to see if they can even get you a good signal before they install. They don't install everything and then you end up with a crappy signal. They'll come in and tell you we can get this amount of signal and ask if you want to install or not. If not, they just go on down the road. If you do, they install it within about an hour, up and running and you're good to go.
