Description of Work: Ranch Wireless provides internet service for rural areas. When I first got it, it worked great, but as more and more people are added, the connection has gotten progressively worse. I am constantly being booted off the internet. I have complained to the company and they basically have told me that there is nothing that they can do to improve service.

 + -1 moreYou don't have all the wires and cables. Just the router in your house and it goes throughout the whole house. You have the one wire that comes in from the actual satellite but other than that, you don't have cables running through power lines or buried cables in your yard. It's all up out of the way and if you have any issues with it, they're very quick with their response to come out and fix the issue. It's very convenient. The're very reasonable on their rates. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a reliable internet service and you live in the middle of nowhere. It's accurate and fast. They come out and do a preliminary test to see if they can even get you a good signal before they install. They don't install everything and then you end up with a crappy signal. They'll come in and tell you we can get this amount of signal and ask if you want to install or not. If not, they just go on down the road. If you do, they install it within about an hour, up and running and you're good to go.
Description of Work: We use Ranch Wireless for our internet because you can't get a hard line out here in the middle of nowhere. They do a wireless internet. They put a big satellite in the air and it pulls in everything with a much bigger signal that they use. They do residential and commercial. We have a commercial account with them right now. It's $98 on the 5th of every month.
