Description of Work: I took my RV to them for Propane. They have a frequent fill promotibut I could not use it because my bottle was in the RV. The price quoted was not the price I paid.

+ -1 moreCalled for a refill on propane tank. Customer service was excellent. They took my payment on phone and delivered the next day. Propane was $2.25 per gallon in late December which was about 0.10 cents more than previous delivery. Service was worth the price.

+ -1 moreI contacted 4 different companies; 3 of which didn’t even want to bid on the job. However, one company gave me an estimate. I accepted it, but they didn’t show up for a month. Then I found out about Pinnacle Propane through a friend. We spent under $1000 for their service. It was very difficult to deliver the tank to the side yard. They were courteous, interested and very experienced. They were gentle and very nice people to deal with. They were the kind of people I would have over for dinner. They were very thorough and very professional as well. I would definitely use their services in the future too. I couldn’t find anybody else that was reliable and wanting to do the job. It was amazing because it wasn’t a simple job and wasn’t easy.
Description of Work: We used Pinnacle Propane for propane services. We ordered it on the 8th of March and it was completed on the 14th of April. They delivered and set a 250 gallon propane tank to a side yard. Then they ran a line and connected it with a pool heater.
