We were in the process of buying land in Canyon Lake area. Days before closing on land the VLB required us to have the well and septic inspected. We contacted several people and Jay was the the only one that could get there timely. One of the problems was that no one was sure where the septic tank was even located. Jay and his crew made short work of locating the septic. While one member was digging up the area to inspect the tank Jay and N powered up a generator to inspect the well. They all worked professionally and took time to answer questions. They also allowed time for me to take pictures, which we sent in with the inspection report. We were very happy with their work and would most definitely use them again.
