My husband and I purchased a 30 year old home which needed numerous repairs, one of them being the chain link fence around the back yard. Since we are also involved in fostering rescue animals - we wanted to enlarge the yard and also needed a taller fence that could keep the dogs from jumping the fence.
After calling numerous fence companies - emailing a sketch with dimensions of what we wanted - Josie was the only person who answered my call and came out the same day to give me a quote. I finally received two other quotes from companies in San Antonio and even though one was about the same price - I liked Josie! She actually came out to see the existing fence and what we needed done. I had no knowledge of fencing and she patiently answered all my questions.
I called Josie Friday morning and scheduled the job for the following Tuesday. She came out with her guys at 8:00 a.m. and within two days they had torn down the old fence (and hauled off all the trash) and replaced it with a beautiful five foot tall chain link fence with two single gates and one double gate! At some point, we realized the dogs would probably tunnel out from the bottom of the fence - so I called Josie and asked her if it would be possible to add a bottom rail to the fence. She assured me it would not be a problem, gave me a price (which was so reasonable!) and had her guys add the bottom rail.
This has been such a positive experience - I would recommend Josie Williams to anyone who needs fencing done on their property. Josie and her employees were prompt, courteous, professional and very patient with all the animals! If they had a review like this when I went looking for a fence company - I wouldn't have wasted so much time dealing with the others who seemed to not need the business. We have more fencing to do on the property and we'll be calling her again!
