The service was great the first year we contracted with Heath. Then the son took over and the service went to crap. Doesn’t show up when scheduled. Doesn’t call or return calls or messages. Been waiting since May 16th for him to come. I don’t recommend him.

Contractor arrived as scheduled and set about finding the tank location. We quickly found that part of the tank was located under a gravel path we had installed since the last pumping. Heath carefully and with minimum disturbance to the path gained access to the tank. After pumping the tank he was able to quickly and cleanly repair the path. All work was completed in a friendly and professional manner. Price was as quoted and I was impressed by the experience especially as compared with prior pumping in past years by another company.
