+ -1 moreWe immediately called someone else and the cost was half that amount. Tri-Star A/C & Heating in Seguin, TX fixed the compressor for $1300.
Description of Work: Cool Blue tech came to look at the air conditioner that had gone out and correctly said it was a failed compressor. Our warranty was going to pay for the compressor and he said his cost to install it was going to be $2500.! We were anxious to get it done because of company coming and I'm not sure if he tried to gouge us because of that. Certainly felt that way.
