Excellent and very professional job. They arrived before the scheduled time and were through within 2 hours. Completely removed all rubbish and old units. Chris Brown (the owner) was very helpful in explaining everything to me and we decided on the right unit, thermostat and model for the job I needed. He completed all the paperwork for my CPS rebate. Would recommend him to all my friends/family.

Outstanding!!! Brown's A/C & Heating was recommended by family members and also neighbors. I was needing my air conditioning unit and attic heating system replaced. I received a quick appointment and proposal for what I needed and the cost. I signed on when I saw how reasonable would be my investment. They arrived with a full team a bit earlier than promised. Everyone had an assignment, and within just a tad over 4 hours they were done...a pleasant, professional and efficient team. This man, John Thompson, was as nice a man as I have ever met. I had had an ESTIMATE to repair these a/c air ducts
for over $5,000 !!! YES ! And, John Thompson came out and did the job for $350.00 !!! They were recommended to me
by a close friend who had used them. When I called, they returned the call in a reasonable amount of time. Came out and
gave me a FREE estimate - and the following Saturday, John came out and completed the job.
They don't drive BIG FANCY TRUCKS or advertise all over TV or wear crisp white shirts - but John and his helper were two
of the nicest men I have met - with many years in the business. I REPEAT: $350.00.
This is now my and quot;go-toand quot; air conditioner company as of 7/26/14 !!! Cannot say enough good things about these men.

He was just very professional and courteous to me. The first time he came out was, I managed to get my system frozen so he went out, unfroze it and told me what to do.

Chris is very honest. He charges a fair price. Did not feel at all that he was overcharging or over selling me things i do not need.it was nice to do business with someone with such hi moral values. The work was ecxellent. He was always on time. Always returned phone calls. His crew was very respectful. Even after the work was done i called with questions and Chris was equally responsive to take my questions and concerns. I would defiantly recommend him and would call on him in the future. This person took over as my builder's HVAC person (see Ervine Construction for reviews on my builder). We'd complained how inadequate the air flow seemed to be around the house, how we had hot spots and cold spots, how some vents didn't blow any air, and how our bedroom door would slam shut every time the A/C kicked on.
He assured us everything was ok.
This week, we finally got around to hiring a home inspector (NPI) to look around the house. When they saw how the A/C was vented they literally laughed out loud.
Coming from one outlet, are 14 flex hoses. Several of them run nearly 30 feet across the attic. Some, which run less than 10 feet, have nearly 20 feet of hose. There are hoses that bend and go over/under other hoses. Some of the hoses have tears in the vapor barrier allowing the cold air to meet the hot attic air. The inspector said that's where mold will form. Great!
So, while this isn't the guy that installed the A/C, he has endorsed how the system was installed.
He did reprogram my thermostat after we suffered a power surge.
See above. I don't think I'd hire this guy to fix my AC problems.

He is one of those guys that will do the job and not try to extract money out of you. He is extremely honest and trustworthy.

Chris is very competent, trustworthy, and had great communication. He was also very punctual and reasonably priced. We thought this issue would cost more than $80 but Chris was honest and informed us it was a smaller repair issue. I recommend him to others.
