Shout out to Skip and his son Colin from Angel Door Company for repairing our garage door. The door made a loud jerking noise when we opened it and we thought it was going to fall out of the tracks. They explained everything in depth of what was happening with the springs and how the garage door should operate properly as a counter weight and you should be able to lift your door with one finger (which i can do now). If a repair company tells you it's your garage door opener, they are looking for the cheap way out.

The door opener track came loose from the wall in the garage, the two "young" people that installed it ran screws into the wall board instead of studs. I was so disappointed in the quality of their work I fixed it myself rather than have them come back.
