Furniture - Sales
I had a positive experience but the only knock I would give them was the delivery and set up guys I would give a B. The head guy was knowledgable but the two guys working with them were not. They did alright but you could tell that they needed a little more training in how to be more careful moving furniture. They were very courteous and helped move my old bedroom suit from one bedroom to another and I was very appreciative of that. They dinged a couple of doorways. Overall it was not a bad experience its just for the delivery and set up guys, they need to make sure they are that everyone is properly trained. The head guy was but he cant be in all places at once. The pricing was high but I don't think it was out of line with what hard wood furniture should cost. Overall I give them an A if you count the sales rep's and follow up.
