Michael, the Project Manager, made this whole process so easy on me. Being a single mom I had no idea what to do when I found out I needed a new roof. Michael assured me from the first phone call that he would be there to walk me through the entire process...and he did. He was so kind, patient and informative about the roofing material, the paperwork processing, etc. He and his crew showed up on time and did an excellent job on the roof. They covered all of my landscaping and made sure that there was no debris left. He himself came back and replaced the screens that were included in our restoration. I highly recommend Precision Roofing & Restoration.

On Friday 10/19/2018, we had a hard blowing 2 hour 2 inch rain storm from the south that resulted in a flooded bathroom and soaked carpet in the master bedroom and closet. We felt the problem was water blown up under the flashing on the south side of the house. On Saturday 10/20/2018, I researched Roofing Companies in my area through Home Advisors and the Better Business Bureau, and decided Precision Roofing and Restoration in Sealy Texas was our best choice. After notification from Home Advisor about my online inquiry, Gerald Thourot of Precision Roofing called and asked if they could come out on Sunday 10/21/2018, inspect the roof, and give us a free estimate. We agree and the appointment was made. On Sunday 10/21/2018, Gerald and his son Cheyenne Tourot arrived for our appointment and inspection. After climbing all over the roof and taking many photographs, Cheyenne informed us that the damage was far worse than just the flashing. We had multiple holes in the valleys and evidence of major hail damage that needed correction. We decided to file a claim on our home owner’s insurance Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies. Since it was Sunday the actual claim was filed the following day on Monday 10/22/2018. On Friday 10/26/2018, adjuster for Texas Farm Bureau Aaron Gross met Gerald and Cheyenne of Precision Roofing to examine and access the roof damage. Aaron examined the interior part of the house and then he and Cheyenne began their climbing on all sections of the roof. Afterward, we were informed that insurance would pay for a new roof and some interior renovations. After deciding on 3 possible colors for the roof, Precision Roofing gave us 4 locations to examine prior to making our final decision. On Sunday 10/28/2018 we set out to look at the 4 locations. After our drive we decided on Certainteed Landmark Moire Black and called Gerald to inform him of our choice. On Monday 10/29/2018, 5 pallets of shingles, ridge vents and other miscellaneous materials were delivered. On Tuesday 10/30/2018 Gerald and roof foreman Sergio and 6 man crew showed up at 7:30 AM to begin work on the roof. Work began on the front roof of the main house. Tarps were used to cover the flower beds to prevent damage. Denise would have preferred plywood, but luckily no plants were damaged. Removed shingles and damaged plywood was removed and carried to the Brenham landfill. Later that afternoon Jesse the painter arrived to begin the interior painting. Wednesday 10/31/2018 the roofing crew showed up but decided the weather would not be good for further roof work, and left. Jesse the painter came later in the day to finish the interior painting. Jesse completed his work late that afternoon after a great job. Thursday 11/1/2018 roof work finished on the main house and Friday 11/2/2018 roof work finished on the garage. Replace wood trim with HardiePlank and SmartSiding on all-brick home / Hand-Sanding Porch Ceilings / Painting all new surfaces / Brand new roof From the first call -- before we were even clear on what was needed or would be required -- we were met with quick, thorough responses. Cheyenne and Gerald were at our house within 24 hrs of our call to address our concerns, assess work, offer options within our budget and deliver an accurate estimate -- communicating clearly then and in the following weeks. We phoned five companies: two responded to our calls but never showed up, one showed up and texted a one-line quote via iPhone, another showed up and provided a scaled-down quote noting that different facets of the job would be contracted out. Then, there was Precision -- offering a thoughtful, detailed quote in print and reviewing it with us in person. Excellent online reviews helped, but we even took Cheyenne up on his offer to come by and look at their work on a large job already in progress near Brookshire. Impressive work. Our project was multifaceted: the removal of most wood trim on our all-brick home, including all soffits, and replacement with SmartSide and HardiePlank, where most appropriate; the painting of those surfaces; as well as hand-sanding and painting of all porch ceilings; and, a brand new roof. Crews worked tirelessly in unbelievable heat. All done neatly and mannerly. Supervision by either Cheyenne, Gerald and/or Sergio was constant, with Cheyenne and Gerald working alongside Sergio and the work crew at times. Everything that could be done was done to satisfy the customer -- us! At one point, one of the workers turned on a radio -- loudly -- and was quickly told to turn it down and move it well out of range of anyone who might be in the house. The worker, just as quickly, complied. During the job, there were a couple of unexpected problems. They were met with a decisive call and settled nicely with little delay or involvement on our part (i.e., trim was delivered in black but should have been white; and, within the hour, the preferred white trim arrived, and a painter ran out of one color, requiring that someone make an equally fast trip to get more). Any necessary changes were discussed prior to a decision being made. We were notified of all arrival dates / times, the need for any delay, the reason for the delay and the adjusted date / time. The crews cleaned up each day and cleared sawdust with a leaf blower before leaving the house. There were at least two complete â€sweepstakes€ for nails or loose metal fragments. The front and back area was pressure washed, as well, adding to the finished look. We are completely pleased with the service we received from Precision and offer our wholehearted recommendation.

they found things a little worse than they thought when they took off old roof but they took care of and gave me a good roof the lady i worked with in the office her name is Debra was great and was the main reason I went with company over other companies with lower est. she has what very few companies have she listens to your concerns. They are very lucky to have her!
