Referred through our Home Warranty company… tech came out never touched anything said he couldn’t do anything cause the city would have to turn off the main water. We have a separate house main that you turn off and still made us pay the $75 for basically getting out of the truck to get back in. If he would have looked maybe just maybe I wouldn’t be calling yet another plumber and just paying the full price.

I had another plumbing company at my home installing new bathroom sink fixtures and asked them to look at my non-working garbage disposal. They said it needed replacement and it would be $250 for the disposal and $125 for installation. Since I have a home warranty, I said don't do it. The home warranty company sent Terminator out, and they had it running in less than one minute! Great company!

TPS was the company sent by my Home Warranty insurance to fix the leaky showerhead. Mr. Howard called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He was professional and thorough, replacing the washers on both the hot and cold fixtures and caulking as well. He also took a look at the connection to the icemaker which I had disconnected because it was leaking. This was a service not covered by my insurance. He only charged me $10 for the part, even though it took him 30 minutes to fix. Mr. Howard was friendly, professional and I will certainly hire him in the future.
