+ -1 moreA man came and looked at what I needed. Promised to submit a cost estimate before returning and informed me that it would be several weeks before he would be available. I told him I would be fine with scheduling it for the end of the month. I never heard from him again.
Description of Work: Light home repairs.

+ -1 moreJohn did exactly what he said he would and told me I needed a plumber.
Description of Work: I requested John to check out my renter's faucet in her bathroom. He said he would call me with his findings. If he could fix it, he would call me with an estimate and if not he would recommend I call a plumber. John went straight to the house and with in 30 of calling him, he called me back and suggested I call a plumber. There was no charge.

+ -1 moreHe helped me with a lot of stuff. I have been using him for a number of years. He is very trustworthy, he is very proficient, and he pays attention to detail. He charges $25 per hour so it can be cost effective to use his services rather than hire a company. I work with him which saves me cost; he can do the work on his own but I like to work with him. He is very neat and tidy and always cleans up after he does work here. He is very reliable. I have used him for 5 or 6 years and I have no questions of his reliability or trustworthiness. I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of John's Handyman Service in January. He installed a shower, installed a new window where there was no window, he fixed ceilings and walls, put in new doors and fixed some tiles.
