When my a/c was installed, it was done in a way that did not leave room for the water heater to be pulled. Bill ordered me a water heater that was more narrow, and installed it in one day. He also noticed that the piping used by the a/c company was not to code and made the proper adjustments to it as well. I've been using Bilco for about 20 years, and will continue to do so.
