We were very pleased with their service. It took them 2 or 3 days to build it in over 100and ordm; weather. The guys were very thorough and knew what they were doing. It was built level and plumb. We chose to paint and finish it out ourselves. After a few years, it became unlevel due to the weather and the weight that we had in the building. Rodney came out and leveled it for us for a minimal cost. We are planning on having another one built soon and hope to be able to use them.

THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY BUILT A SHED THAT WAS FINE. RODNEY CHURCH, THE OWNER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE HAD A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT HOW MANY STEPS WERE NEEDED TO GET TO THE DECK. WE HAD TO PURCHASE MORE LUMBER, AND BRING IT BACK. THERE WERE NO RAILS, OR UNDERPINNING WHICH I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND INITIALLY. I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE WORK.

"I am sorry about any misunderstanding. I always spell out exactly what a project comes with and what is does not. I was hired to build you a 10x14 deck site unseen. I built the deck and your ground happened to be quite unlevel which did require you to purchase steps. Again, I gave you exactly what you paid me to do. I have about 1500 references that would attest to the fact that I did what they paid me to do and are very happy with it."
