Great, I will and have used them again.

Russell (the owner) came over and discussed all the areas needed repair/replacing, and even suggested items that he thought we wouldn't need to (to help us save money). All was done very timely, efficiently, with great quality, and what we think was a fair price. We had a little miscommunication (my fault) and Russell was quick to offer a fair solution. After the job was done, a small part wasn't acting just right and he was there the next day to check it out. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction.

Russell had other jobs in my neighborhood so he was able to get to my job very quickly. What a pleasant surprise!

I have used this company a couple of times and will continue to do so. They are prompt, professional and know what they are doing. In this instance the filter and pool heater were replaced quickly with no problems.

We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the project ! There were two errors that were cleared up immediately and without drama or cost to me. All calls were responded in a very timely manner. Although the bid was on the higher side than the other 2 quotes, I believe it was due to the more thorough and accurate assessment of the required repairs. There was not the " look what else we found" statement that results in a cost adjustment. We highly recommend this company due to the very ethical business practices.

Great! Mr. Lavigne was very responsive from the moment I submitted an inquiry through their website. I heard back within 30 minutes and he offered to swing by and check out my equipment and provide a free estimate because I wasn't sure what type of pump I would need. I just knew I wanted a more energy efficient pump. The entire process was very hassle free and within a few days I had a new pool pump, which I'm loving (especially seeing the energy usage drop on my Reliant graph). I'm sure I could have shopped around for a cheaper price, but I had no problem with the price (which was actually lower than I had originally budgeted for the project), especially since I didn't have to spend hours going home or on the phone during the work day. You get what you pay for! :) All in all, the customer service was wonderful and I would definitely use Victory Pools again.

They did an excellent job. Were at my house as promised and worked non-stop. Cleaned up everything and were done with the job in a day and a half. They also came put everyday for 2-weeks to check chemicals and be sure the pool was curing properly. It's been two months since my pool was done and the owner Russel Lavigne stopped by yesterday to see how everything was. Great company. I highly recommend them.

It went great from beginning to end. Russell was very prompt and patient with us working through many bids and features, was quick to start the work (within a month of our agreement), all his direct team members as well as his subcontractors were very professional, courteous, and seemed to take pride in their work, and everything was completed..... on schedule and budget. Russell was always very quick to respond to any questions we had during the process, and made sure that we were satisfied. The end result was fantastic..... some neighbors commented that it was the best residential pool and deck they had ever seen! I don't have any hesitations in recommended Victory Pools and Russell for any job.... big or small.

Very well. I'm hard to please and there were very few things that I even needed to point out to meet my satisfaction. Those few things were fixed immediately. I would highly recommend Russell and his company.

Best service I have had in years.  The pump was cleaned out, and the follow up service and required repair was done professionally. And, I didn't feel like I had been gouged on the pricing for the repair parts. 

I did have a minor hiccup with the billing initially, but once pointed out, Russell dropped everything he was doing to get on top of it and took care of it immediately. 

I believe him to be a very sincere man and an honest provider of service.  .

The job went really smooth. Everything was repaired better than expected and as scheduled. Victory Pools team was very professional and kept the project on time and clean.

I was very pleased with my experience. I had been using another pool service for a few years, but when my pool heater stopped working they couldn't fix it and basically dropped the ball. I started looking for a new company and emailed 4 companies. Victory was the first to get back to me. They had a service guy out the next day. I did need a new heater, which I had already figured would be the case. They were responsive and called with status updates. When it came to the install they quoted me a price for parts and labor. I called a friend who owns a pool company for commercial pools. I asked him about the heater cost and labor. He looked up the heater cost and told me that the quote was very reasonable. Russell was my contact and he was very nice, polite and timely.

I pay monthly.  Easy to get hold of or if anything gets wrong, I can get hold of them quickly.  They would do extra troubleshooting when I have them.  Most of the time, my husband deals with them.
