VERIZON WIRELESS

I use Verizon for my phone.  I currently use them.  They need to put more towers out where I live in Siebert, Texas.  I don't have enough towers where I live.  If and when I have to talk to them they have a store about 5 miles away and they do fine.  I say their professionalism is an A.  The employees are knowledgeable and polite and the store is very clean.

I don't know that I would recommend it, as far as I'm concerned, it is an average plan. I am using them because we have been with them for several years and we had a contract.

I like their coverage.

I carry my cell phone so that my wife can get hold of me anytime. That's the only reason I have it with me and on all the time. Otherwise, I might have it with me but I have it off and use it for emergencies. We use it for long distance calls and that's about it. We used to have another provider and we switched to Verizon not necessarily because we had any problems with the other provider here. We have a lake house outside of Dallas in the middle of nowhere and there is zero reception with the other provider. Verizon has barely one bar and sometimes we have to stand in the right place and can't move. That's why we changed to Verizon. The price we pay is for three phones. We don't text. We are not really big on all that stuff. It's just the phone. That is the primary purpose for it. My overall experience is pretty good. If I want to change something on the plan, I have to go through all these gymnastics to do it and it is just a giant pain in the neck to do that. That's really the biggest issue that I have with them, but that's the same with any of the providers. Their pricing is competitive. The service has been good. Sometimes it's hard to get hold of them to get a question answered.

The nice thing about Verizon is that if you go to the store there are people who are patient and will work with you.

I had another provider, and I was not happy with their service, so I ended up switching to Verizon. Their service sets them apart from their competitors. I used to always lose my signal at work with my previous provider, but I don't have to worry about that with Verizon. The customer service has also been good. I had a phone that died on me and they sent me a replacement phone the next day in the mail.
