Spotless Flooring

Daniel was extremely professional and punctual, he was also very thorough when giving me his estimate and explained to me what treatment would be required. When he came to do the cleaning, he and his helper showed up exactly when they said they would. I will definitely hire Spotless Flooring again.

Punctual, Professional, Pleasant. Daniel provided all of his information up front about the carpet cleaning, what was expected and the outcomes. He fulfilled all of his obligations and more. When giving me the estimate, he was honest about which areas he thought could wait to be cleaned at a later date. I appreciated his honesty about waiting instead of trying to sell as much of his service as he could. His calls ahead to let me know he was on the way was appreciated. There was no 'mess' to clean up after he finished the job. He left everything in spotless condition. Would I recommend Daniel? You bet I would!

Spotless Flooring is an excellent company. Daniel and tech did a fantastic job of cleaning--carefully, like I would do if I had the time and energy. We did pay extra for stain resistance, but I feel it was well worth it, as the latest cat accident was quickly cleaned and left no stain. They were on time, did a great job, explained everything, cleaned up after they finished, and charged a very reasonable price. What more could you ask? Oh, and they were incredibly nice and polite. I would highly recommend them.

I cancelled a prior appt. mr. Daniel was very understanding for a less than 24 hour notice. I rescheduled and he was prompt and sent text informing his arrival. Wrote the agreed upon contract. He wasted no time , no mechanical delays pointed out some items I might consider at latter date. He and his team were meticulous about the cleaning and protected my new carpet . I was impressed with his attitude to get the job done correctly. Of course I would use Spotless Flooring again. I have been well pleased of the work performed by the last 2 A.l. Contractors.

He did a great job. He came when he said he would, then got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

Daniel was professional and gave us a firm price before he began work. We had 3 rooms of carpet done which included cleaning and a stain guard. The tiles and grout in the kitchen and dining area looked brand new when he finished and he also sealed the grout to prevent further staining. We definitely will use Spotless Flooring again and have recommended this company to several people already.

Loved the convenience of online scheduling, he followed up with an e-mail and phone call…when he realized I needed the cleaning done ASAP in order to move in to our remodeled home sooner, he fit us in the same evening…ended up being available 30 minutes early, called in plenty of time to make it convenient on our end…showed up exactly when he said he'd be there, provided a detailed estimate and cleaned the floors significantly better than I thought was possible. He was professional, kind, honest and did a great job. I will absolutely use Spotless Flooring in the future and I encourage everyone else to support this veteran owned small business!!!!!

Everything came clean just like new again. Dried within hours of being done.

Daniel showed up as scheduled, measured the rooms and wrote an estimate. We agreed on the price and discussed the process etc. My carpet was really bad and stained so i wasn't expecting miracles but was very happily surprised. He worked really hard (even moved my big sofa and other articles around) and did a great job. Very clean carpet and very happy customer!

They were great! They were friendly, punctual, professional, fair, and helpful. Don't let their age throw you off, even though they are young, they know what they are doing. Remington came in and measured the rooms for the carpet cleaning and Daniel checked out the spots I needed stretched. I was worried (having been told) that after the carpet was stretched there would still be a line from the crinkle. Daniel did an awesome job and in the end the carpet looked like new - which is a big compliment being it is white carpet (not a high grade) and had withstood the test of time - toddlers and babies!
