The last few visits were less than satisfactory. I asked the crew supervisor to trim the Lantana and he essentially cut it back to about 6 inches from the soil... not just a trim but a complete whack job. On top of that, when trimming back another Lantana plant, they severed one of my irrigation hoses. Gil promised me that John would call me the next day. I received no call. I left word for John and texted him that I no longer need their services but still have not heard back from John Carr. Due to the lack of communication and failure to perform services as requested, I would not recommend this company.

He is very cooperative. They don’t speak English and we have to talk to John. He calls back when I call him and leave a message. He does not like to trim anything. He save thing thinking that it will grow.
