The owner of Rugmasters is a first-rate guy who has been in the business a long time, really knows what he's doing, and is a pleasure to deal with.  There was  a minor hiccup or two by his workers in doing the job, but he was extremely responsive to any problem raised and always took care of things to our complete satisfaction.  I would have no hesitation at all to do business with Rugmasters again, nor to recommend them to others.

Lisa and Tim, the brother/sister duo owners of Rugmasters are excellent and I highly recommend them. Tim took meticulous measurements and Lisa managed all aspects of the job.Lisa helped with everything, including helping me pick the floors. The work was completed on schedule. Their price was a great deal below the local contractor who did some remodeling work in my house and they they were terrific to work with. My advise: Never to use a general contractor to put in floors - use people who are experts in flooring. Rugmasters are the experts. Lisa and Tim do all aspects of flooring from rugs, stone, tile, and carpet. They are local and take pride in their work. They put tile in my kitchen floor in 2000 and Tim still had his drawings. The kitchen floor still looks great and the laminate looks like real wood, is very easy to maintain, and is beautiful. Make Rugmasters your first call for flooring.

The owner, Tim, was very pleasant to work with. I didn't know anything about selecting carpet and he helped me narrow the choices down quickly so I wasn't overwhelmed with options. He stayed in touch as he made the order (when the one I picked couldn't be ready for several weeks he showed me something similar and gave me the same price on it). Tim did the measurement himself and gave me the estimate within a day or two. The installers came exactly on time and did a nice job. Be ready to vacuum A LOT after they leave because they don't, and there's a ton of carpet fiber everywhere. They also left a couple of sharp tacks exposed that I had to hammer down, but for the most part they were professional, fast and the carpet looks great. I think the price was perhaps a little higher than the big box stores, but I think I avoided some stress by dealing with one person, who knew the job start to finish and always answered the phone, rather than a big chain.

Rugmasters was recommended by a neighbor. Tim and Lisa were extremely helpful, allowing us to take home sample after sample until we were happy with our choices. The crew was very careful in moving and replacing everything in the way of the installation (pretty much everything we owned that touched the floor on our first floor. The installation took a total of 5 days.

They are a local, family owned company. I like their honesty and professionalism. I am happy with the finished result.

Joe was great! He turned up on time and suggested a fix so that the puppy would never be able to tug on a corner or an edge and do it again. Excellent job -- the best I've seen. Tim Lehnertz suggested that the carpet could be fixed instead of having to be replaced.
