Property Appraisal
Robert Everett Anderson from REA Appraisers appraised our house on behalf of a mortgage company for a buyer (we were the sellers) in Pearland, Texas. He either doesn't know how to appraise a house, or he has no clue about the market in Pearland. Our house is relatively new and in great shape on a .4 acre lot. He actually appraised our house BELOW what Brazoria County Appraisal District has it on the books, and we fight that valuation every year. He used comps that were not close or relative to our house. When we questioned the appraisal and our realtor sent over additional, more recent comps he wouldn't even look at them and told us his appraisal was fine. This was after we had to wait a week for a response. DO NOT use this company. If your mortgage company suggests them, tell them to choose another provider on their list.
