We purchased all tiles, granite, plumbing hardware (faucets, showerheads, bath faucet, etc), vanities, towel cabinet, and clawfoot tub. RCH picked up tile and granite from the supplier. The rest were delivered to the house.
Started in mid November 2013 and finished late January 2014. (We took a three week break from contractors over the Christmas break.)
There was some damage to a few things, but they were all repaired once we brought it to his attention.
Things did not go perfectly. But all-in-all we are very happy with the work. RCH had previously done some work in our kitchen and so we knew the quality and professionalism of their work.
To avoid miscommunications, make sure you spell out any special items you want with the owner.
We would definitely recommend them and would use them ourselves if we had a need.
The job was finished to my satisfaction and is beautiufl.
