 + 0 moreHOW COULD THEY BE IN BUSINESS FOR 39 YEARS? This was the worse experience of a service company I have ever encountered. I made my 1st appointment to repair my 55" Mitsubishi Rear Projection TV. He diagnosed over the phone. They cancelled the day of the 1ST appt but ordered the part. Part comes in after I call. I take off 4 hours from work so they can install the part in my rear proj tv. I called and verified they would be there between 1 to 3 pm. No show and lied they were on there way. I waited to 8:00 pm. 2 weeks wasted waiting on the part. They will "never" see the inside of my home!
Description of Work: My rear projection Mitsubishi TV needed repair. The color was in triple layers. No service was performed.
