"Mr. and Mrs.[Member Name Removed] contacted us to have their pool refinished at the end of the month of October. We have done pool work for Mrs.[Member Name Removed] before at her place of employment, this is how me originally met. It was known to her that we use subcontractors, as most pool companies do, for portions of remodels. She has even met the crew we use during such processes. The plaster color chosen, and signed off on, was Quartzscapes "Montego Bay". After catching wind of dissatisfaction we also had the manufacturer who makes the product visit to verify the installation and color as "Montego Bay". Despite having chosen the plaster because they wanted a darker color they expressed discontentment with the signed and installed product color, requesting it be redone for free without any negotiation. The pool light work was also done and completed to code, though a portion of the deck had to be taken away to run conduit which would properly insulate the wiring to regulation, as the old equipment had either disintegrated or been improperly installed originally. The newly installed LED functioned properly and was fitted with a GFCI. Mr. and Mrs.[Member Name Removed] never paid the final amount for the work that was completed, and this is why the deck was never put back into place. Mr. and Mrs.[Member Name Removed] have since attempted to file a claim on our insurance for the topics discussed which were denied, to which we have responded with a civil lawsuit for non payment."

Since the first conversation I had with the company owner, Brett, I've been very impressed and very pleased. His knowledge about pools and industry is extensive. More importantly, what I find of value with this company is the quality service that is proven by my gleaming pool and the integrity you feel behind the business operations - this is important to me as a consumer. For example, the previous company I had hired decided to mess with the pool timing system and as a result had my pool system running for hours on end. After the first visit from Aeon, the company owner notified me to let me know that my timing system was not working and would be in my best interest to consider replacing. This resulted in immediate cost savings on my light bill - again very thankful. There are more examples I could share but I would rather summarize with what I see as their most important attributes:
