Schulenburg Glass Company

They took a while to come out and when they did they were unable to finish the job in the timeframe stated. They asked if they could keep the windows in my garage until they could come back and finish up. I told them no because I did not want to be liable if something were to happen to the windows. They came back and finished the work. I noticed huge gaps in the kitchen window and called them to repair it. They came out after I told them they would not receive their payment until the repair was made. They came out and caulked the gaps...not sure if that was what was supposed to be done. I made the full payment once the work was done. After the first rain storm I noticed water seeping through the bay windows (upstairs and downstairs). I immediately called them and requested someone to repair the windows. I was told that when someone was in the area they would check on it. A year later and several phone calls later I still have leaking windows. Oh... and the noise level is the same as with the single pane window. This was an awful experience. I would not recommend Schulenburg Glass Co. to anyone! I feel as though they took the money and ran for the hills. Be very cautious!!!
