He charged me $775 for a rebuilt starter, I went to the library to price the part online and it was going for $295. He does not guarantee work at all. I had to redo the wiring myself which took me 2 months to do, All of the wiring that in the tractor, he wrapped with electrical tape and left other wires exposed that weren’t visible to the eye. This drained the battery, and it would burn and smoke. They put a rig female terminals under the seat, where I could not see it. It looked like a spider web that was exposed and touching metal. It was put there to drain the batteries when you try to start the tractor. They over-charged me for the part, and the labor was bad. I told the BBB about them, but they just sent me a reply from the company that did not address the wiring. I also called John Deer, and the Attorney General, but have not heard back from them yet.
Description of Work: Water pump needed fixed, starter needed replaced, fuel injector needed replaced, wiring was catching on fire, lights didn't work, replaced hydraulic hoses, and they were supposed to replace the control valve.
