Description of Work: Harold Ware, the owner, came out to measure and provide an estimate to replace existing fence. After he left, I then measured myself and found he was significantly off. His measurement exceeded the actual length of the fence. I called and discussed with him...he was very dismissive said it wasn't that much of a difference. Just on the gate alone it would have been $60. I chose to not use him. My neighbor, however, used him and I noticed that part of my yard was suddenly more "narrow" at the side of my house. I used the survey of my property to tell Mr. Ware that the fence was into my property line by over a foot. He said he would not move the fence. I told him he had to based on the survey. He was very nasty, confrontational, and unprofessional. I will find a way to make him move it off my property. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone (unless I didn't like them). This company is trouble!

THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY TOOK CARE OF ALL PERMITS AND TOOK DOWN EXISTING FENCE AND DISPOSED OF DEBRIS. THEY TOOK CARE OF EXISTING LANDSCAPING. THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMEDED BY A FRIEND.
Description of Work: THEY PUT UP WOODEN PRIVACY FENCE, INSTALLED FENCE POST AND BOARDS AND TOOK CARE OF CITY PERMITS.
