Excellent service!!! 2017 Starshade did a fantastic job installing our 36”x72” Exterior Crank Roller Shade, we absolute love it the product and workmanship of this product. We have enjoyed sitting in our back patio without the sun exposure. On 6 June 2019, we recently had severe storm / high winds that damaged the left/right cable guides. They have hassle free appointment system through their webpage, I immediately an online appointment with StarShade, then sent a message with pics of the cable damage. On appointment day, Ryan was friendly, prompt, and professional during his damage assessment. During the repair, Ryan and another associate made swift remedy of the cables and even retighten the shade box to the home structure. I am very pleased with the service and our overall experience with StarShade. We highly recommend StarShade to friends, family, and co-workers

Are you ready --
To begin ,,,, this is a much overdue review for work that was done quite well and without problems ,, and the customer service was quite good as well ,, to the company , my apologizes for the delay and hope this helps bring new business ,, also my time frame may be a bit off so please don't hold me to it ,, the work was done either in 2013 or 2014 ,, to much was going on at the time to remember exactly ,,,
First off , my neighbor and I had gone in together to have shades put on their daughter's house for a birthday present . After watching the two men come out , do their planning, measure, and seeing the results, I decided they would be a good choice for replacing mine as well , sooooooo ,,
A couple of weeks later I called and had a tech come out to survey the house and windows ,, little did I know the owner would himself show up ,, after a few minutes of discussing what I wanted , he set to looking, measuring, and figuring ,,,
I had told him up front that I only wanted two windows and the front door done at this time , partly because of $$ at the time and because I wanted to make sure what I had seen the first time was going to be repeated on my house.
Long story short ,, the two techs showed up , did their measures , and returned to the shop to build , if I remember , they were out the next day , if not the day after ,, either way it worked ,, they had the new shades up and in within a matter of maybe an hour , tops. As the saying goes ,,, no mess , no fuss ,,
Now for the numbers review ,,, the only reason I lowered the overall from an A to B in the Quality dept , was the way the two windows got installed ,, and even then I d have to give them an A - ,, but since there is no minus or plus ,, they get the B mm sorry guys ,,, anyway .
The work that was done at the first house , and then on mine worked well , the little bit of difference on mine with the install was nothing to detract from the quality of material or work performed during the install ,,,
So, bottom line, was the work acceptable ,,, very ,, will I hire again ,, rite after the new year and everyone has settled in from the parties ,,,, this next go round will be for four windows and maybe the patio door , but still deciding on that one ,, but four for sure.
If anyone wants to see the quality and materials feel free to drive by and look, photos welcome if needed ,, front yard only please ,,

Owner is very friendly and won't keep bothering you if you are undecided. May be a little more expensive than other companies, but quality is better and they provide life time guarantee. You can also make payments is you can't afford to pay up front.

After a quick, low key conversation, I had two quotes, one for 1/2 the house & one for the full house. When I decided it was time, the install was complete before the end of the week. Everyone I talked to and worked with was top notch.

Just exceptional. From initial Angie's list request for services on Monday, July 6 -- David responded by telephone and email and came out that same day -- on Tuesday, July 7 Ryan came out to measure and on Thursday, July 9, Ryan installed -- beautiful work -- we are extremely pleased!
