I have been a loyal Sprint customer for over 15 years and I have always had good customer service until today.  I went into the store on Agora Parkway today in the Forum because I dropped my phone and the touch screen was no longer working.  I had a similar issue with my previous phone less than a year ago.  When I went in last December with a broken phone, the man that helped me was very nice and promptly replaced my phone ( my phone was insured). However, today I was told that a claim would have to be filed and a new phone would have to be shipped to me. I questioned this because I was able to leave with another phone last time without issue. The lady that was helping me (she was very nice) went to get the tech support manager, Jason. Well, he was beyond rude to me which got me very angry. He told me that I should not have gotten another phone last time because that was not the company policy. He very rudely stated that giving me a phone today would cost his store money so he was not willing to do that.  He said he was going to find out what technician gave me a phone in store last time and reprimand him. As far as  I am concerned, the only person that needs to be reprimanded is Jason. The last guy that helped me simply provided good customer service.  Apparently, Jason had no interest in helping me, so I asked him to do whatever he needed to do to get my phone replaced. (file a claim...whatever the policy is). His response was "I don't have to do anything" and he got up and walked away!!  The lady who had been helping helped me file the claim. I will get a new phone shipped in two days. So, I am paying over $250 a month. and have no phone this weekend. Unbelievable! I was fuming mad when I left. I called when I got home and spoke with the floor manager to complain about Jason. He told me he would let the store manager, Ryan,  know of my complaint and then he "might" call me back. Unfortunately, I am stuck in a contract, but as soon as my contract is up, I am done with Sprint.
