South Texas Draperies installed sun shades in our office. The installation was rushed, and not very well thought through. In our beautiful new office, they left aluminum shavings everywhere. John's unprofessional comment should have told me from the beginning not to use South Texas Draperies. Live and learn.
In short: South Texas Draperies provided a mid-level product at higher grade price, with very poor customer service. Of the entire process of planing, building, furnishing etc., no one rubbed me as wrong as John. I hope it was just a guidance.
