We make old spaces feel new, and make new spaces feel like home! "Old Spaces" can get old and worn over time. Sometimes it just needs a touch of color, plant variety, trees trimmed, planted or removed. Sometimes a whole make-over is needed. Regardless, we supply the creativity, expertise, and manpower to give your space a "FreshStart". At the start, a "New Spaces" can look and feel empty. The form or function may not work for a particular space. Maybe the new place did not come with the landscaping of your choosing or liking. That could mean: Water doesn't drain properly when it rains. Plants in the flower beds don't make sense. Sod was not installed or was done haphazardly. Irrigation is leaking, needs modified or a new system needs to be installed. Maybe, you need fencing. Regardless, we design and deliver a "FreshStart" for each landscape space. "Old or New", big or small....we look forward to working with you!

I would definitely recommend Victor and his team for any of your landscaping needs! I asked for a new fence installation and a rock border with landscaping fabric underneath as well as metal edges and the finished results blew my mind. From the attention to detail to the quality of wood and equipment used I was beyond satisfied (plus the time of completion was super quick!). Again I cannot stress how happy i am with the finished results, it brings me joy knowing that my sturdy fence and beautiful border will last me for many years to come. I will absolutely use Victor and his crew for any future landscaping needs!

Victor Sanchez (primero landscaping) is fantastic to work with and we were so impressed with his customer service and quality of work weâ re now looking to have front yard done by his company!! We hired Primero to install turf in backyard where dogs had destroyed the grass and it looks fantastic!!!

Was a customer last year? Went online through their website and requested service pay week. Did not hear back for days. Called and got a hold of victor. He said they are really busy but if I do not hear back from him in a few days to reach out. I reached out through email and he finally responded to me more than a week later saying they increased their prices by 50%. The email was generic and said they are trying to provide more personal service as if there is more than one way to cut someones front yard. I received Victors generic email today 13 April 2022. My recommendation is there are lots of folks cutting grass for way cheaper.

Had front & back lawns aerated. Owner Victor Sanchez came by first to assess the project and personally introduce himself. He is truly a professional, listens to your needs, and no aweful upsale on things you dont. Crew arrived on time and did a great job. They're coming by next week to go over some options for our backyard landscape. Highly recommended. We'll use their service again. Thanks Victor!

Victor came out on short notice and trimed trees, scurbs, mowed grass, and was able to winterize the yard, he also, putting down top soil. He made our flower bed beautiful and planted new plants and flower. I have already recommended him to two other neighbors. Thank you Victor and your great Team!

They did an amazing job and also cleaned up the shrubs and pruned the trees in my fro t years. Amazing work at an amazing price. Very friendly and they work quickly and keep in communication. If it rains on the day that I normally have them scheduled they will ask about the grass and how wet it is and will reschedule if needed.

Victor and his crew did not only do a great job on my landscaping project, they also finished it on a timely basis, and cleaned up the area, leaving it completely void of dibree. We have other projects to complete at our home, I've already contacted the Primero team.
