Great as usual. We had our condensing unit replaced a couple of years ago by Priority Design and they did a wonderful job. Since then, we have them come twice a year to check out the A/C and heating system. Matt (owner) and his people are always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very happy to have Matt and his people and will continue to have them provide all our A/C and Heating needs.

We were so impressed with the service that we signed a maintenance agreement that includes semi-annual inspection of both the inside and outside units and cleaning. Worth every penny for the peace of mind.
