It went well. They followed up. I had a difficult case in may yard and they fixed the issue. They were very flexible and worked according to my schedule.

They did great took care of my German roach problem in my rental property in plenary of time for my new tenants!

It was super awesome. My tech Jesus was very helpful and the office staff is awesome, definitely can’t wait to use them for my next treatment

We have a problem with fire ants, carpenter ants, crazy ants and apparently mites in our yard. We called Preston Pest Control and Amanda was extremely professional and was able to schedule a crew to come out the next day. Preston and Bryan arrived promptly, surveyed the situation and quickly treated both the front and back yards and even inside the house. They were very polite, friendly and professional. A week later, we had Bryan come out again, because we were still seeing a lot of ants. Again, he arrived on time, and treated the yards quickly and efficiently, and was a joy to work with. Another week went by and we were still dealing with a lot of ants. This time, Amanda had Preston return, and the yard was treated. Preston arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. Since we were continuing to have issues, after 3 treatments, Jay came out to see what was going on. Due to a difference in opinions, Jay stated that they would be refunding our original payment, in full. A couple of days later, we received our refund. I don't know many companies that would do that!

I cannot say enough about Jay and Amanda.  From the prompt answering of phone calls to responding to emails, this company understands what true customer services means.  I hired them to initially treat my home prior to a renovation project and when I noticed that one bug may have survived the Jay's chemical treatment, I informed him and immediately he came out and retreated the premises.  No questions, no comments, he showed up almost before I could say "thank you".  

I can't say enough about the punctuality, professionalism, and responsiveness either.  This is a company that certainly goes above and beyond the call of duty, enjoys what they do, and knows how to do their job.  I will certainly be hiring them again in the future for myself, as well as referring them out to friends, family and clients.
