+ -1 moreI highly recommend Much Better Sprinkler Systems. Mario is pretty much a one-man show, but he does excellent work. I’m very pleased with my new sprinkler system!!

+ -1 moreI called on a Thursday afternoon and Mario came out on Friday morning. I showed him where the leak was (valve) and he gave me a very reasonable price for the repair. Then he told me I needed a back flow preventer for $500. I told him I couldn't afford it right now, that I just wanted the valve and a few sprinkler heads repaired. He said he would come back the following Monday afternoon to complete the repairs but he never showed. I called him but he never returned my call. I'm assuming that since I didn't fall for the additional $500. charge, he didn't want my business. Too bad, because I and the entire neighborhood are always looking for a good honest sprinkler repair person. Not Mario. I did eventually find a VERY GOOD sprinkler repair company through Angie's List - Davidson Sprinkler Repair.
Description of Work: No services performed and he never showed up.

+ -1 moreExcellent...excellent! Arrived early, kept me informed as work progressed, and charged a very fair price (the lower of the estimate given). His expertise has provided with a very good system.
Description of Work: Excellent service. Mario came by a few days before to assess the condition of our irrigation system that had been installed several years previous, but seldom used because the company that installed it did a lousy installation and the coverage was inadequate. Mario took the time to trace the controls for every section, Evaluated every sprinkler head and checked their operation and area coverage. he then provided me with an accurate estimate, then gave me and the wife time to discuss repair cost versus total replacement cost. We decided, after further discussion and advice from Mario to go with the repair action. Glad we did! Mario came by a few days later and spent the day replacing broken sprinkler heads, replacing valve and valve cover boxes, and the control panel. (we could never get the original control panel to operate correctly). We are VERY HAPPY with our repaired system which now gives great coverage and an easy to use control panel. Mario Segura is a very knowledgable technician, very polite and professional, prompt, and extreme fair in his pricing. I would with great confidence recommend Mario to anyone needing his services.

+ -1 moreThe job was excellent. He fixed what was needed to be fixed while taking great care not to disturb anything on the lawn. He is very professional and treats other people's yards as if they were his own. He comes right out when I call. His price is excellent. I would rate him highly, and I plan to use him again in the future.

+ -1 moreExcellent service! Excellent company! Contacted them by using Angieslist, but the company had no ratings. Excellent service, Excellent professionalism, and repair of my sprinkler system. They even found more broken sprinkler heads once they corrected and repaired the original complaint in which they were called for. Fixed all within minimum time and tested the sprinkler system for water pressure and made sure no other sprinkler heads were damaged or causing problems. They are now my sprinkler experts for my home and I will use them again, and they're from Schertz, TX. Great job!
