He came, he saw, he conquered. Our oven problems are long standing and we've had several techs come by to try and fix them, including a Sears tech since we bought there years ago. Liza's guy thought he isolated problem to either a probe or the clock, as he'd see this elsewhere. He left to get a probe first, as we could return that if it didn't solve things. He did not charge for the initial visit/diagnosis. After he returned and installed the probe, the oven worked fine.

The service technician took care of the issue. I would definitely use them again.

WONDERFUL! The serviceman, Patrick,came out on schedule to assess the problem. Once identified I was called by Lisa as to the problem found, the solution and the cost. I rescheduled for the next day. Patrick was prompt,courteous, knowledgeable and worked quickly to install the new parts. I would recommend this company anytime.

I planned to replace the boot myself; however, after talking to Lisa and talking to other companies I felt the price that Lisa quoted was fair and reasonable.  Patrick arrived as promised and did an outstanding job.  Within an hour he had the  boot replace and checked on the washer's operation.  I was also able to use the 10% discount  that was on their home page.   I would

Responded with two day service.  Showed up right on time.  Pleasant, professional demeanor.  Determined gears were stripped and replaced icemaker on the spot.  I checked with Sears (we got the 'fridge from them), and their service couldn't get here for a week and, based on a previous visit for icemaker problems (apparently this is a problematic model of icemaker), Lisa's charged less for the visit/replacment than Sears would have.  I'm very pleased, though not surprised as we've used Lisa's for many years now and are always happy with them.  Only used Sears for previous icemaker problem 'cause it was still under warranty.

Washer stopped working for the Spin Cycle for every setting when a houseful of guests were present and five days of towels needed washing. Brand provider's earliest repair appointment availability was a week away. Second repair provider's earliest appointment was for the following week. Read Angie's list reviews for local appliance repairs and chose Lisa's. Called at 9 am and Patrick was on sight and repair completed before Noon the same day. Guests happy with clean towels. Glad to have made the right call.

Called Lisa's midmorning when the dryer quit heating. Appointment was made for early afternoon to check the dryer out and repair if possible. The technician, Patrick, arrived within the time stated, installed a new heating element. He was efficient, professional, and explained the process of what he was looking for and how it might be repaired.

Lisa's charges a 69.95 service charge which is included if the company makes the repair. To replace the element it was 214$ + tax.

I was pleased to have my dryer repaired the same day and for a reasonable amount. I am thankful that Lisa's Appliance was able to handle my problem so quickly. Kudos to her business.

From first contact to final repair we were kept informed of exactly what would happen and when. Very pleased with all aspects of service.

Patrick arrived the same day I called for service. The washer had been repaired recently by a company provided by home warranty (I have since cancelled that home warranty). The same problem reoccurred, so I called Lisa's Appliance Service since I had used them previously for something not covered under the previous home warranty. Apparently, the technician provided by home warranty did not correctly assess the real problem. Patrick explained the problem, and recommended I continue using my washer until it did not work any longer because it would cost more to fix than it was worth (the washer is over 10 years old). He assured me I would not damage my clothes by continuing to use it, he showed me what I could do to be able to continue using the washer, and he told me what would happen when the washer would need to be replaced. I have always been completely satisfied with Lisa's Appliance Repair because they are very up front about letting me know whether it is best (price wise) to repair my appliances or purchase new ones. The appliances they have repaired for me have continued to work fine.

They were honest, and suggested that I get a new one. They were the first one, and said they could come the same day. The were quick, fast, and honest. I would recommend them to others.

That was not the problem. He was never able to fix the problem. They did however return our money and put the original board back. Very nice people, was sorry they were not able to fix our dishwasher.

Everything went great as repairs should be. I will not use any other company in the future for our San Antonio home. The repair took 30 to 45 minutes and he doubled checked his work. He even informed us that we have to keep this tiny hole clear of Fabric softener or it can cause problems with the washing machine and to dilute the fabric softener. Do not use it full strength in the Maytag Neptune Washing Machine. Full strength fabric softener can cause a lot of problems. I am running a load of clothes as we speak and the machine runs like new.
