Otherwise I wouldn't use him again if he wasn't prompt or responsive or anything or if his prices were out of whack, I wouldn't have brought him back in again.

I called Last Call Plumbing on 7/2/2015 per Lowe's recommendation.
The receptionist quoted $115 an hour to install hot water
tank. I thought that?s an acceptable quote, compare to 3 other quotes, so we scheduled the work on
7/10. Two young men came and did the job in about 2 and half hours. Than
gave me an invoice of $904. They insisted on they always charge $575 for water
tank Than they added many hidden cost like $150 for permit, $100 for difficult
access (my water tank is on first floor, ten steps away from entrance).
One of the young man is the son of the owner of Last Call Plumbing, his attitude is
not commendable and unprofessional. After some disputes and the owner lower the invoice to $549.13.

He came out on short notice the day before Thanksgiving when we were having a house full of family. He did a fine job, but there were some issues with the local building inspector. Much more of a problem with the inspector than with the plumber. His rates were comparable with other quotes, but came when we needed him and returned at our convenience to make the modifications necessary to appease the building inspector. Great locally owned family business. They really appreciate your business and will do what it takes to make you satisfied.

They were quick. They did an okay job. I guess they were fair priced. I am not sure if I'd use them again. I think I would probably look around.

You pay by the hour and these guys gave me my money's worth! My house has been vacant for three months so there was lots of scale built up in the faucets, especially in the outside faucet. The water barely dripped out. They fixed that after putting in a new cast iron sink and faucet and unclogging the drain in the air conditioner pan that had caused a water leak in my ceiling. They made it all seem so easy. I am so pleased with their work.

I had contracted Last Call Plumbing last year and didn't hesitate to hire them again this year. They replaced the kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets. I had no problem scheduling the work with them right away on my first call. They arrived promptly at 3 pm, as agreed. Carlos Kutza and his assistance worked diligently as soon as they arrived to the house. Between the two, they removed the old faucets and installed the new ones in one hour and 20 minutes. They were very professional and courteous. I would hire them again for any plumbing job needed.

They replaced the faucets in 2 bathrooms, they did a great job despite the space available to work was very limited. They had to install a faucet twice because the first one was defective and it leaked, so we had to run to Home Depot to get new faucets. Their price was faired for the amount of work and time spent at the house.

Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Both bathroom and kitchen are working well and we are happy with the repairs. The "B" in punctuality was because our appointment was at noon and the repair guys didn't show up until 1:30 pm. We had to call them to find out where they were and when they would be arriving. The "C" in professionalism was because of the foul language used in our home while the work was being completed. I realize that may not bother some folks which is why I included it in this comentary. In every other way they were professional.

Called the plumber we've used for years. Found out that they had retired and turned their business over to Last Call Plumbing. Made an appointment to have the plumber come out to fix the leaky bathroom shower faucet. Was surprised at the cost when the job was finished. The plumber was at the house for less than 1 hour and the labor cost was over $100. We priced the parts and found them for much less than the plumber charged. We won't be calling them again.

"Our hourly rate is $105 per hour plus parts, we have not changed our prices since this company opened. We always make our customers are aware of this or an estimated quote for specific jobs on the phone prior to scheduling. We did purchased the phone number from your previous plumbing company. We do not charge a service charge. They charged a $35 service fee and $85 per hour which came out to $120. As with most plumbing, electrical, ac/heating etc. company prices on parts are not usually sold for what they are purchased for, as we only use quality parts and warranty our parts and our work. We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with us. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with a feedback. We try to make all our customers happy and will take necessary actions to ensure it."

Answered my initial call (didn't get an answering machine). He was tied up and said he'd call back in 30 minutes and he did. Told me it would take 30 minutes to get to my house and it took less. Quickly identified the problem. Quoted $225 for the work but negotiated to $175. Said the work would take about an hour and it did. Tested replaced pipe and it appears to be running without a leak. Asked a couple other plumbing questions, and he answered them. I'm pleased.
