I called Kevin the day before to make sure he could work on that particular car. He said he could and to bring it in. We arrived at 9 and it was done by 12.

He quoted a price much higher than what we paid - we were good with it, knowing the car needed a lot of work. We were prepared to spend the money. When he got the items disassembled, he found places where pieces that he suspected were not working were not the problems, so he was able to charge us less. We were very pleased with his honesty and integrity. We will definitely use his services again and again. He was even apologetic that it took three days, but that was because he had to wait for a part that ultimately didn't work in the car and he had to eat the cost on. Everything works well, so we were very pleased!

I arrived during his lunch hour, not realized his times. He opened the garage early, seeing me waiting outside. I left the minivan after asking for the oil change and describing the noise the a/c belt was making. He called a couple hours later to let me know it was ready. He had tightened the belt and changed the oil as requested, and then he showed me a spot on one of my tires that was weak and about to go flat. He told me not to even get on a freeway or drive over 55mph, but go get at least one new tire. I went straight to purchase new tires, thanks to Mr. Hecox. I was very thankful for his thoroughness.

I heard about Kevin Hecox from a friend and she gave me his number.
I dropped the minivan off in the morning.
He found a few additional issues with the minivan and called me to talk over the options and costs.
He called to let me know he was finished in the mid afternoon
The minivan runs better than when I bought it.
It was a great experience.

Kevin will always let the customer know what he's going to do and whether it's worth it or now. I once took in my son's Ford Ranger and asked him to let me know if it was worth fixing up or just put it out of its misery. Kevin called me back a short time later and told me to put it out of its misery. The cost to fix the problems were more than the truck was worth. Kevin is really good!
