Grand Finale Cleaning is not a great cleaning service. DO NOT waste your money! I asked for a moving out inspection cleaning and for $255, my home was half cleaned and did not pass my moving out inspection. My Property Manager even suggested I get a refund!!! Furthermore, when I addressed these issues, I was rudely told by the Manager that my tubs were black and soiled, that ALL my toilets had urine on them and that they couldn't clean 7 years worth of dirt. This is false as I get inspections every 6 months. He was rude, insulting and lied about the condition of my home prior to cleaning. They utilize vinegar and water to clean and it does not clean, sanitize and deodorize effectively. I asked them to clean the cabinets and base boards and was told this would cost extra. Had they informed me of this beforehand I would have never hired them. I'm a veteran on Thumbtack and I have NEVER rated anyone negatively.
