My go to doc is Dr. Marbach I call her the "fur baby pediatrician". I know she cares for my babies as if they were actual children. I trust her more than my own doctor. The AAHA certification is a definite plus, they are held to a higher standard of care, which is obvious after you get your babies seen there.

They are great and they are so loveable. They really take the time with the animal like I had the dog that was very scared of people and the vet sat on the ground and got to know him and in the end he loved her. They give you an estimate before they do anything; they tell you how it is going to be before, and you get to check out which is really nice and the staff is just great. I really like them and I drive all the way there to take my pets there even though I moved from there.

From the minute you walk in the receptionists are warm and welcoming. They always have a smile and call you and your pet by name. The check in process is quick and if there is a delay in you being seen they will let you know. There was a time when I had an appoointment and the clinic had an emergency come in and the receptionist called to let us know and we were able to reschedule our appointment. That certainly saved us driving to the clinic and sitting there for several hours to be seen. We appreciated their concern for us and our pet. I feel the price that we paid was fair. This is a professional clinic all the way from the doctors to the staff. I will continue to bring my pets there and tell all of my friends about the wonderful experience we had there. Kudos to everyone at the hospital.

One of our cats (we have four) seemed to be having some kind of eye issue, she kept closing the left one and there seemed to be a little moisture around it. I presumed that she may have something in it but through the course of the night I could see it wasn't getting any better so I looked for a local vets that opened early so that I could hopefully get her checked out the following morning. I found Friendship Pets Hospital, they open at 7am so that was perfect.
I rang first thing and managed to get an early appointment. I found all the staff there extremely pleasant, helpful and caring. A couple of tests were carried out to determine the cause and necessary treatment. The vet was extremely thorough and explained everything clearly. It turned out to be conjunctivitis.
Kitty is definitely on the way to recovery now which is wonderful. The vets actually rang me this morning to see how she is doing which I thought was lovely. I will definitely continue to take my cats there in future.

This facility is far above any that I have used in the past. The hospital is AAHA certified which is very important to me because it denotes that you get the highest quality of care for your pet. From beginnng to end I received top notch care from the doctors and staff and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants exceptional, compassionate care for their animals. I would not go anywhere else.
