We were pleased with the carpet selection available at Floor Depot and John took the time to show us the specials and the best choice for our purposes. The estimate, installation and removal of carpet was performed by Arcos Installation (Frank Arcos, owner.) Frank's team was prompt, professional and quick. The job was complete in approximately 2 hours - including moving the furniture back into place.

Bad, bad, bad....we ended up having to change our whole order, accepting something that was available locally instead of what we originally selected just so we could get the job done. Costing us $700.00 more.

Floor Depot did great work. The floor turned out as we had hoped. They were very nice and did everything possible to accommodate us. The installation was very efficient and they didn't leave any mess behind. They were courteous and professional at all times while they were in our home. The floor has no flaws, chips or uneven edges. They did a perfect job. We would recommend to anyone.

BUYING THIS MUCH TILE WAS MADE EASY BY THE PEOPLE AT THE FLOOR DEPOT. THEY NOT ONLY STAYED LATE HELPING US BEFORE THE PURCHASE, BUT ALSO MADE SURE WE KNEW WHAT TO DO IN LAYING THE TILE.
