Description of Work: Poor information about the exotic floor we ordered. Installation was subpar. Glue left on service of wood. Transition sites poorly constructed. Minimal response to concerns. Owner indicated he would inspect work but did not.

 + -1 moreWe were pleased with the carpet selection available at Floor Depot and John took the time to show us the specials and the best choice for our purposes. The estimate, installation and removal of carpet was performed by Arcos Installation (Frank Arcos, owner.) Frank's team was prompt, professional and quick. The job was complete in approximately 2 hours - including moving the furniture back into place.
Description of Work: Remove and replace carpet and pad in 2 bedrooms and hallway, approximately 500sf.

 + 0 moreBad, bad, bad....we ended up having to change our whole order, accepting something that was available locally instead of what we originally selected just so we could get the job done. Costing us $700.00 more.
Description of Work: Ten weeks in prior to our project we went to Floor Depot to select our flooring. Five plus week prior to installation the installer submitted specifics as to exactly what was needed, i.e. how many square feet, how much trim, etc. Eight days prior to installation we found out that our tile had never been ordered! A rush was placed on it and we were promised we would have it in time. On the day of installation the installers showed up with the tile for the kitchen backsplash and nothing else. We were told the tile would be in that afternoon (it was promised the previous day). Then we found out the tile order was all wrong, i.e. wrong quantities, missing items, etc. We have never been so frustrated!

 + 0 moreFloor Depot did great work. The floor turned out as we had hoped. They were very nice and did everything possible to accommodate us. The installation was very efficient and they didn't leave any mess behind. They were courteous and professional at all times while they were in our home. The floor has no flaws, chips or uneven edges. They did a perfect job. We would recommend to anyone.
Description of Work: They installed a new ceramic tile floor in my kitchen.

 + 0 moreBUYING THIS MUCH TILE WAS MADE EASY BY THE PEOPLE AT THE FLOOR DEPOT. THEY NOT ONLY STAYED LATE HELPING US BEFORE THE PURCHASE, BUT ALSO MADE SURE WE KNEW WHAT TO DO IN LAYING THE TILE.
