It went terribly, He showed up the first time and collected the service fee, said he had to order a circuit board, showed up two weeks later and installed it only to find that wasn't the issue. He said he had to go get a fuse he did not have and over two weeks later he has not returned and is not returning calls or texts. Its been over a month since the first call.

He was assigned through a home warranty company I use. He had to order parts and so it took several weeks. The type of oven I had was not familiar to him, but he seemed up to speed by the time he came back to install parts. Still not sure if it is fixed for good.

Dave was referred to us by our home warranty company. He came to the house fairly quickly to troubleshoot our dishwasher. He said it needed a new control panel, which he'd have to order from the factory, and it would take 7-10 days. I gave him a check for $75, which was the standard fee set by the home warranty company. After about a week I called him to follow up. He said the part hadn't arrived and reiterated it could take up to 10 business days. So I called him back a week later, and since he didn't answer, I left a voice mail. He didn't return the call, so I left another message. After another week, I called the home warranty company, and they tried to call him but could only leave a message. Another week passed and both my wife and I left messages, I sent him an email, left a comment on his Facebook page, and sent him a certified letter/return receipt, all to no avail. He did not respond to anything. Now we are back to square one, having to call out a new vendor.
