The customer service was second to none - the people couldn’t be nicer. However, it cost me over $400 to have my radiator flushed and that seems extremely excessive even for an 3/4 ton F-250. It also cost me $37 for them to take a wire brush to my battery terminals and add a pair of felt pads ...and my truck has two batteries- $74 total.

Great they got the ol Camry on the road again, She a 97, and has a lot of life in her but she is twenty years old and so time has done some where and tear on her. I used to take her only to Toyota service but they quoted an outrageous price to do a head gasket seal and plugs, Christian brothers did it for 1/3 the price and were much friendlier about it. So I had some extra work done as well, wheel bearings. I will be using them regularly with all my vehicles. PS I could have done the job myself I'm a mechanics daughter, but I have rheumatoid arthritis and would foul the job up. That's how come I knew the first quote was Bologna.

There was an initial delay since the diesel mechanic was out sick.  They were EXTREMELY polite and called to update me frequently on the repair.  Their warranty is awesome.  I will take my vehicles to this shop again. 

Not only are the owners extremely personable, they are fair. I would highly recommend this business.

Services performed on schedule at price agreed to and car responded almost as well as the original equipment with a perfectly acceptable ride even though the replacements were springs not air bags. No problems experienced. Service was performed at the Austin Highway shop in San Antonio.

Mark Moody owns this location and is dedicated to customer satisfaction. They not only repaired the primary issue but also made recommendations for additional service items that needed to be considered. We have sent two different vehicles to this location for multiple different repairs over a two year period and have been very satisfied.

I would recommend them. I took my car on it and they worked on the breaks and said it was fine, I went back to them and said it was not fine, they drove and drove and said they could not find anything wrong with it. The third time I took it in and then I told him to get in and I drove him around and he heard the sound, they found the problem, flew the part in and put it in for free, because they said that nobody should have to come in again. They picked the tab even though it was intermittent and I thought that was very good.

They are so good and so truthful. They saved me 1600 dollars. We go there for routine work as well.

I was very happy with them. We'll take our car back to them again. They were very nice. I was just happy with their overall service. Their price was reasonable.

They fixed the car at a reasonable rate and didn't charge unnecessarily. I will use them again in the future.
