CANYON CLEANERS

Had the most shocking experience with this cleaner. Turned in over ten dress shirts and several pairs of dress pants and was told upon pickup that one of the shirts had been torn. Clerk would address the issue with the manager...followed up and not only did they not return the money paid to clean/press the shirt but gave back the ruined shirt with the comment that they would not replace it since according to the manager the shirt was old and had signs of repair...their idea of signs of repair were the dual stitching up the middle of the back of the shirt that kept the back pleat flat and in place...absolutely RIDICULOUS!! The shirt sleeve is torn at the shoulder in a way that simply cannot be repaired and of course they didn't bother to iron it LOL The fact that it wasn't busy and a majority of the items hanging were comforters really should have been a warning, but exceptionally poor customer service. I think it took alot of nerve to not refund the amount paid to clean/press the shirt since they destroyed it
