+ -1 moreWas referred to this company by my Home Warranty provider. Company was non responsive left multiple messages on both numbers provided with no call back ever given. I eventually had to change providers, after I was without A/C for entire week in 100 degee plus temperatures. Worst customer service!!

+ -1 moreI have used Band M several times since they are the preferred service provider of 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty. They are very thorough and they explain everything to us. They have fixed problems that others caused through ad-hoc repairs previously and gave us tips on how to save money.
