Work was expeditiously performed in full accordance with the agreement. Contractor worked well to accommodate special installation requests with reasonable price adjustments from customer. System works exactly as desired.

I had All Service come and give a diagnostic on an AC issue. They tracked mud through the house (and didn't even acknowledge it), and had poor communication between the technician, tenant, and property manager (myself): they gave me an estimate by email for a total replacement of the AC, but didn't explain to me what had gone wrong or why they were suggesting I replace the system. I called them and did eventually get this information. They also made a temporary fix on the existing AC unit.

When they brought the unit out we met 4 extremely wonderful men. They were very professional and polite. Josh, Brandon, James & Fred. Work started immediately and they all put in a long hot days work. They were very careful with our house and belongings. They even vacuumed when they were done. Couldn't ask for better service.

After looking at my system I was handed a bill for $ 58.00. Said if work was done then they would waive refund the fee. Nowhere was it written or advertised at anytime that there would be a charge for an otherwise "free estimate". Do not like that I was lied to and now feel that I cannot get comparisons. Thought this was a reputable company through reviews from Angie's List. Was I mistaken. I would not recommend this company only because I feel cheated. No work done and still had to pay money. Said that it was a diagnostic fee. I know the unit is old and needs repairing. That is why I wanted a replacement estimate. I do not want to keep putting money in a old system that keeps breaking down. I had it repaired last year and it broke down again, hence the call to All Service Air Conditioning. Never did I say I wanted a repair estimate. After calling main office they said they would email me a replacement estimate tomorrow 7/28. Wow, they could have done that without sending a service technician and charging me this ridiculous fee. Not happy at all with outcome of this whole fiasco .

They did a terrific job as usual and we have always been very pleased and impressed with All Service Air Conditioning & Heating, their people, and their exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services for their home or office.

My boyfriend and I just bought our first home and upon request of our inspector, this company came out to inspect the home's air conditioning unit and submitted a clean bill of health receipt for our unit after their servicing of the unit. Immediately upon moving into our new home, we noticed that our air conditioning was not working properly. After contacting this company and very politely requesting that someone come out and assess the unit once again [as any company would do, having issues that soon after their service of the product] I was treated horribly by their supposed supervisor who informed me that this "has nothing to do with her" and that after they inspected the and gave it a clean bill of health it was not their fault if anything wasn't working after that. Luckily my home warranty company sent out a company to fix our air conditioning unit [which we paid a service fee for] only to find out that the reason for our broken air conditioning unit was because of the ALL SERVICE company's incompetence and overcharging of the system causing an internal overload. Once again I contacted ALL SERVICE to explain the situation and was once again greeted by the same horrible customer service supervisor. She responded by telling me that she did remember my calling last week and told me that I expected them to come out for free to fix a system which they had already given the "okay" to. To which I responded that I expected them to take pride in their work upon finding out that our broken unit was due to their company's mistake. The ALL SERVICE supervisor hung up on me. So not only are they incompetent at their ability to assess and service air conditioning units, but they do not take pride in or warranty their work, and their customer service Superior is the worst customer service representative that I have ever come in contact with which is horrible considering I am in the business of customer service. Our realtor is red flagging this company and we highly advise against ALL SERVICE Air Conditioning & Heating Inc.

They were fine. They were very responsive. They were very punctual. They were very professional.

I thought they did a really good job. They came the same day. We had an issue with the house I was trying to sell. They came the same day and got things cleared up for us.

The gentleman we dealt with showed up timely, was courteous and helped us out in a timely fashion. They company also does military discounts, which we also appreciate. We would recommend to anyone looking for A/C service, whether emergency or just regular.

The technician arrived within 3 hours of my call and was professional and courteous.  After being told (by a local New Braunfels company that I erroneously trusted) that the AC would have to be replaced at a cost of $4,000,  I was relieved that it only needed charging and cleaning. The price seems a little high, but I have heard that the old type Freon is expensive, so it may be exactly in line with other provider.  I will definitely recommend this company to my friends for prompt, professional, and honest service.

All Service quickly answered my call at 8:00 AM, scheduled a technician visit for 9:30, and Keith showed up early.  He was polite and friendly, but also quickly got down to business and diagnosed the problem.  He provided an estimate, gave lots of helpful information on alternatives, and quickly replaced the unit himself - even skipping lunch and getting soaked in a brief but heavy rain shower.  By 1:00 PM the house was cooling off!  Polite, professional, prompt, and effective - Very Highly Recommended!

I didn't call until after 5:00 p.m. and an answering service took my call but within 10 minutes the service technician called me back and said he could be at our office within an hour.  He showed up about 30 minutes later and was very polite and professional and went about checking everything out and he probably worked on everything for about an hour.  I thought the bill was very reasonable and I would highly recommend All Service Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone.

Both technicians that came out were great, polite, updated  us on the status of our systems - provided insite to potentially replacing them in the future.

The experience with the workers was great.

I called ALL SERVICE A/C & Heat, after hours, and a got a real human answering service.  I left a message, and received a call from Kevin, minutes later, and within 30 minutes he was at my house making repair.  I have never received that kind of response from an A/C man.   It was also game night, GAME 1, of the NBA finals of the Spurs and Miami Heat.  
The repair was made in 90 minutes, from the initial phone call to him leaving.  Wow!
After hours service, quick service, and $48.  Can you get any better.  I don't believe so.
They will be my A/C & Heat service company.  Oh, and this is important.  They didn't try to up sell me on a service plan.

I obtained 5 quotes from the A/C contractors and used All Service.  They were the only ones that went up in the attic and really looked at the system and even called out there design guy to make sure what they needed to make the new system function correctly.  Found that the air coming in the system was not what the Newer system would need and discussed how to get more air into the unit. 
  The work started on Thursday and the old unit was out and the new air handler and exterior unit was installed.  All the duct work was accomplished on Friday. 
  The system was turned on and It didnt seem to be running correctly to me.  On Tuesday I called and they came right out and brought the American Standard tech rep.  After some investigation they found one wire that was not installed and they reprogramed the thermostat.  The tech rep went over the thermostat with me and all the functions and what they were used for. 
  It works great and i have even turned it up a couple of degrees as it so cool in my house now. 
  All the work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up.  
 
  If you have any A/C repairs or new system needs, you will be hard pressed to beat the quality of there work and there prices are fair.  As the old saying goes you get what you pay for.  They give you every dime. 

They were prompt, courteous, fairly priced and finished the job quickly.

Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgable and fully competent; what more could you ask for? What astonished me was that this extraordinary service was for warranty related issues. I have absolutely no reservations about making this recommendation.

The technician arrived promptly and took no time at all to start on locating the problem. After the technician discovered the problem, which he found quickly, he replaced the part and was done within an hour. The service he provided was great! We will deifinitely be using them again if we ever have issues with our AC.

I called All Service for an estimate on replacing my ac unit, Travis the owner met with me and suggested several options and after thinking it over I called and set up a date to start. The staff at thier office was vary helpful (Chris) called my wife and gave her the details, payments ect. Leo& Mike arrived right on time and was totally professional at what they do,even putting a tarp down in our hallway to catch any debri that came down from the attic, Travis& Kieth stopped by to give them a hand putting the inside unit in then Leo&Mike finished both inside&out in. It took them alittle over 3 hours to do the whole job! Travis, has good peopleworking for him!
