Description of Work: Did an analysis of my trees and found that some have to be removed. I am going to have him remove the trees as well.

Description of Work: Two large trees hanging over my house were removed and two dead trees were cut down and hauled off. They also cut out some dead wood in a large oak tree.

Description of Work: Representative showed up late for appointment to bid project. The representative was friendly and promised verbally to provide estimate soon. As of 14 Dec still haven't received bid or call to say they weren't interested. In addition, the representative shared a story whereby he took advantage of a customer. It is my opinion the representative was unprofessional and unresponsive.

Description of Work: We have had them out twice for tree trimming for us. They were absolutely excellent! Even their estimate was high but they adjusted the price lower based on the actual work they needed to do without me even asking! That type of honestly is just unheard of!

Description of Work: While we had pretty much had decided to have a huge tree in our backyard removed because there were huge branches growing over our roof and fence, Jon gave us expert advice regarding the condition of the tree, which just confirmed our decision. We were concerned with the storms we had in the spring, that the tree would fall on our house. We also wanted the 3 oak trees in our front yard to be trimmed. Jon called us today to say that he could bring 2 crews over this afternoon. They were able to complete the job in about 3 hours! They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up. We are extremely pleased and will definitely call them again!

Description of Work: Removed some large branches to open up our yard for more light. Pruned two very large pecan trees, with lots of dead limbs at the very top. Took down a very large (1 1'2 foot in diameter) limb from the pecan that had been hit by lightning and was hanging precariously. They used a cherry-picker to reach the very top of the pecan tree and one of the guys climbed to the top of another tree to prune it. They did a great cleanup job too. They just put everything they cut down into a very large wood chipper they had with them - very thorough clean up. They had three workers here for almost 4 hours. I called the company late in the day 7/27. They called me early 7/28 and said he could be here in 15 minutes to give us an estimate. He came right over and discussed the job with us. He said they were very busy and it would be a week or so before they could get to us. We said okay. He called back late that afternoon and said they had a free crew for 7/28, did we want to do it then. We said yes. They were here promptly at 9 and worked very hard. They were friendly, professional and very polite. I'm sure they are not the cheapest company in town, but I would say they are the best if you want a great, worry free job.
