+ 1 moreHe said the city inspectors wouldn't let him scrape the house. I know that this is not true. All of the other places that I have seen around me were scraped and the paint is lasting better. You can tell where the old paint was through the new paint. I found beer cans near the work that were not ours. I was aggrivated at the situation. He always had excuses, but we got tired of arguing with him. One screen door is already falling apart. The stairs should have been replaced with new wood. The only thing that was done well was the roof. He subcontracted all of the other work. He should not have anything besides the roof. The quality of this job was not a $20,000 job.
Description of Work: I hired him to do roof repair from storm damage. He said that he could also do the other repair work that was needed. The stairs were blown over, and they used the same stairs to repair it. They painted the exterior of the home and repaired the screen doors.
