They didn't clean the upstairs very well.

The serivce provided was excellent and reasonably priced. I am very satisfied.

On time; friendly and ethusiastic throughout the whole process. We had prepared the house by clearing off the tables, dressors, etc leaving only the moving of the furniture which was done without complaint. Good job guys.

Since my time there was limited, my daughter contacted Brandon at Texas Carpet Care, and he was able to fit me in the next day. He arrived at the agreed upon time with his helper. Took measurements and explained what he would be doing. He also mentioned that he did not think he could get all the spots out of the carpet, which I had expected. I have no complaints with the job, the time, the price or the professionalism. Brandon was very accommodating. I was impressed with the fact that he did not try to sell me any ?extras? that I might ?need?. I asked him about deodorizing since the previous owners had a dog and cat and he said there was no need for that because the cleaning itself should take care of that and since he could not detect any order did not see a problem, I then inquired about stain guard, he said he could provide that but felt I would be wasting my money since it was an old carpet and I had intentions of replacing it. There was a residue of the sealer on the tile which left dull spots; (some tiles can be prone to that happening). He told me how I could remove that, or he offered to come back and do it. Since I was back in Illinois that would not have been possible, I told him when I retuned to Texas I would try to remove it. He said if there was any problem to call him and he would come right over.
