Sealpro

This contractor did exactly what was asked of him. I noticed his card one day on my front door and thought I would give him a call. He does mostly concrete sealing but does construction, landscaping among other things. We met the night before at the house to discuss all the details on some remodel work that was left after I lost my original contractor. I also spoke to him about some other landscaping projects and he mentioned he could do edging and remove the debris pile that had been outside my house for more then a month, the next day. We agreed on a price and the work started the next day. We also scheduled to meet at 11am to go over some other details and for me to pay him. When I arrived shortly after 11 he was not there, so I waited a while and finally asked one of the works if he knew where he was. The man did not speak English. I finally found another worker that told me that he was at another job and would be here in less then 30 minutes. I was on my lunch break so I could wait another 30 minutes on top of the 15 I had already been waiting. So I left and called David, no answer, I left a message clearly saying that I would be busy the rest of the day. My phone blew up later in the day with David leaving me message after message. I was at work and could not answer the calls. When I called him he was upset that I had not answered his call. I was upset that he did not meet me at original time agreed upon.
